We can't believe November has come and gone! Dallin was fortunate enough to spend the weekend before Thanksgiving with grandma and grandpa Romney...and all his Romney cousins...in Las Vegas-all by himself! Apparently he cried during sacrament meeting because Daniel wouldn't fold his arms for the prayer (sorry Daniel...we are working on him!) He had so much fun and when he got back he talked all about playing Star Wars and Samuel the Lamanite with Corbin and Andrew. He thought he was pretty big stuff to be able to go to grandma and grandpa's all by himself! The house was very quiet while he was away. Avery wandered aimlessly around the house looking for someone to play with!
We got to spend time with Dallin and Avery's other grandparents too, which was very fun. Dallin and Avery are Summer's parents only grandkids so they got lots of love and spoiling from them! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner with them and Summer's sister Mackenzie who is studying at BYU. Then we spent a few days up in Zion National Park, where Summer's other cousins the Cutlers, met up with us. We went on a few hikes and spent lots of time together. It was so fun! When we came back to St. George we went and did some of the historic church sites here in town for the Wiest grandparents to see and Dallin had a great time showing-off his pioneer heritage to his grandparents in the Tabernacle and St. George Temple.
Now that family have all gone home, it's time to get the decorations out and get ready for Christmas!
